WE CURRENTLY ACCEPT FREE RETURNS FOR CLOTHING ITEMS. HOWEVER, IN ORDER TO CONTINUE PROVIDING THIS SERVICE FOR OUR CLIENTS, WE WOULD ASK THAT YOU PLEASE CHECK OUR MEASUREMENTS AND OTHER LISTING INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING.

Returns Accepted for 14 Days

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Items must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us.
  • If you are returning an item, please contact our customer support team, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

No Restocking Fee

  • 10 of Hearts does not charge any restocking fees for returns. If you are returning an item for fit or buyer’s remorse, you will receive a refund for the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost.
  • If you are returning an item due to an error on our part (a wrong item shipped or a defective product), you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including the original shipping cost, less any applicable discounts or promotions.

Exclusions

  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Final sale items are clearly marked as such in their product descriptions.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at 10ofHeartsStore@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, CURRENT address and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and a prepaid return shipping label containing the address you provided.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of order confirmation.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team using a trackable shipping method.

Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
